Cat-Back Exhaust System For 2014 GM

Published in the November 2013 Issue November 2013 News

The Cat-Back Exhaust System for the 2014 GM 6.2L engine is constructed using 3-inch mandrel-bent, 409 stainless-steel and uses a free-flowing muffler. OE-style bayonet hangers and band clamps provide a stable pipe location during high vibration and heat conditions. The smooth curves and increased diameter of the exhaust system helps remove performance restrictions and keeps exhaust gas flowing smoothly for increased horsepower and torque. The system is finished off with a black, powder-coated 304 stainless steel, rolled slash-cut tip.

This MACH Force XP uses all factory mounting locations, providing stability and a hassle-free installation. High quality OE-style flange and band clamps are used for a complete 360-degree sealing surface, eliminating leak paths. A straight-through designed, free-flowing stainless steel muffler is used to absorb high pitch tones. OE-style bayonet hangers are used to maintain a stable pipe location during high vibration and high heat conditions. The bayonet tip holds the hanger bushing in place for an OE-style fit that does not change with time. MACH Force XP exhaust systems are constructed of 3-inch mandrel-bent stainless steel tubing for maximum flow. Smooth transition bends allow for low turbulence, increasing horsepower, torque and improving throttle response.

The new exhaust retails for around $523.95. (888-901-7693/www.afepower.com)
