There's a company in Tucson, AZ, that takes stock F250s and turns them into what they call Super Raptors and Mega Raptors. F250R puts huge lifts and even bigger tires on the trucks and, well, the results speak for themselves. The "base" kit, the Super Raptor, runs $22,000 and will outfit the truck with 40-inch tires, 17-inch wheels, a four-inch lift, custom fiberglass body panels and more.
If that's not enough for you, there's always the Mega Raptor option, for another $6,000. That package trims the firewall and among things, opens up the wheel wells another three inches to account for the MRAP wheels and 46-inch tires. If this is the kind of thing you're into, you've probably got more money than sense, but couldn't the same be said for any of us with this hobby?
