BD’s ProTect68 Trans Pressure Control kit for the Dodge 2007.5-2012 68RFE transmission includes a newly-designed valve body separator plate and a Pressure Control module that delivers up to 250 PSI clutch apply pressure providing 150 percent of the holding force above stock to prevent clutch slippage, all of which is done without modifying the transmission pump or removing the transmission. Installation takes 2 to 3 hours to complete without having to do a full transmission. With the ProTect68 installed, a “fresh” stock 68RFE transmission will have the ability to handle up to 500hp.
