Fleece Performance has released a new regulated return fuel distribution block for 2007.5-2016 Cummins engines. It integrates a high flow pressure regulator to take their standard fuel distribution block to the next level. When combined with high-flow electric fuel pumps without built-in pressure regulation, it delivers more consistent fuel pressure at the CP3. The block also features an additional return line port and feed line port. That extra return line port lets you remove the OEM fuel pressure relief valve hard line and fuel injector return galley hard line so you can have clearance for high-flow side draft intakes. Also, having two feed line ports lets you have two fuel pumps. The block comes with metric straight thread to AN fittings and hose to replace the hard lines and plumb the returns to the regulated return distribution block (kit does not include 1/2” (-8AN) or 3/8” (-6AN) fuel line to feed the distribution block or return to the tank). NOTE: This kit is designed to be used with a 6.7L rail and (2) 6.7L CP3 pumps. It will work on a 5.9L block as long as a 6.7L rail and (2) 6.7L CP3 pumps are used.
