Something to Help with Those 6.0L Cold Starts

December 2019 Products DT Staff

It's not uncommon for 6.0L Power Strokes to experience hard cold starts and rough idle during the frigid winter months. When this happens, you should check your FICM voltage; if it drops below 48 volts, it's likely you have a failed power supply. You only need to replace the power supply, not the whole FICM, so here's your solution. It's the BulletProof Diesel FICM Power Supply for the 6.0L Power Stroke! This power supply is now available in either a 4- or 6-phase version. It also comes with an all-billet aluminum housing for improved heat dissipation and a sleeker look.

The 4- and 6-phase versions also have a much thicker vibration-resistant printed circuit board, military grade electrical components, a full board heat-sink, and strong circuit board construction. The 6-phase can even be set to a voltage output of 53 or 58 volts. For more information, call 480-247-2331 or click here.
