S&S Diesel Motorsport developed the first CP4 Bypass Kit for the 6.7L Power Stroke: the 6.7L Ford Power Stroke CP4.2 Bypass Kit. It takes inspiration from a kit that was first used on a Volkswagen in Europe. This is an affordable bypass kit that's unmatched by any other similar kit on the market that can save 2011-2019 6.7L owners a fortune in the amount spent on repairs. The CP4.2 Bypass Kit, or commonly known as the "Disaster Prevention Kit", does exactly what its nickname implies; it prevents the disastrous consequences of an inevitable CP4 pump failure from destroying a highly expensive high-pressure fuel system.
This kit includes a special o-ring that grips the bottom of the bypass block, making installation easy and ensuring a proper CP4 to bypass block seal. This kit uses a robust hose material that will hold up over time that's unlike other kits out there.
