This is a new truck, and it’s already living quite a life. Zach hasn’t done a lot to his truck, but he really makes his mods count. Although the dark red Ford is his daily driver, what’s more noteworthy is his job that he uses his truck for. “I haul from 28,000 to 31,000 pounds daily,” Zach says. He works for a local hauling and towing company, which is one of the largest in eastern Idaho and stretches into Montana. As you may imagine, he puts a lot of miles on his truck.
Although the mods on the truck aren’t many, the truck is extremely eye-catching to say the least. First jumping out is the bold, custom-painted red and black color scheme (completed by SunKiss Collision) showing that Zach means business. It sits on a Rugged Offroad 2.5-inch leveling kit with Air Lift air bags and 35-inch Falken M/T tires on 20-inch Fuel rims, all completed by Ron’s Tire & Motorsports. This all makes his truck great for the mountainous backcountry, where Zach spends much of his time, both for work and recreation. The black bumpers were completed by FS Designs USA. Additionally, PowerTech Diesel set up the EZ Lynk programmer on Zach’s truck.
Zach doesn’t have any major mods in store for the future on his truck, but what he has now is plenty for a work truck, even for the hardcore hauling he does. “There is just something about a great-looking truck doing what a truck is supposed to do, moving a heavy weight,” he says.
