Corrosion on an aluminum wheel’s inner hub can throw off the wheel lug torque values when you mount it on a vehicle or a balancer machine. A Mueller Kueps Inner Rim Cleaner makes short work of cleaning those inner hubs. The tool has an abrasive wheel with a centering hub and a backing plate with Velcro; just secure it in a cordless or air drill, fit it into the wheel hub, and clean away.
